Meet John...

I’m a native Arizonan, born in Safford and raised in Tempe, and I’ve spent my entire life living and working right here in the East Valley. I’ve had a front-row seat to the growth of communities like Queen Creek, Gilbert, and San Tan Valley—and I know what makes each one unique.

Before real estate, I served nearly 27 years in law enforcement here in the East Valley, working as a Patrol Officer, Homicide Detective, Traffic Bureau Sergeant, and Special Events Coordinator. That career shaped how I show up today—detail-oriented, honest, and always focused on protecting the people I serve.

Now, I bring that same mindset to helping clients navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

I specialize in working with out-of-state buyers and families relocating to Arizona. Moving across the country can feel overwhelming, but my goal is simple: to give you clear guidance, local insight, and the confidence to make the right move—without the stress.
